“Cartão Elo” was a key player in the music space in 2023. The brand used international concerts to sponsor events and promote its services.
While people online asked for more shows, “Cartão Elo” made it happen, supporting more than 10 concerts over two years. The goal was to get closer to music fans and grow the customer base with exclusive installment plans.
This effort helped the brand grow its online presence and get better results on social media. During these events, we gained new followers, likes, comments, and shares. It also made Elo more known online, with conversations going over 150% during festivals.

Cartão Elo was the main sponsor of Primavera Sound 2022, and created the Elo Stage. The stage had big artists like Sevdaliza, Shygirl, Arca, and Caroline Polachek. During the festival, people talked a lot about it. Many users mentioned the brand and showed interest in becoming customers.
The stage has more than 4.000 mentions so far. Even when the festival shares new updates, people still remember the moments they had with the brand and the stage.

To promote content, elo invited Carol Biazin and Fefe. They were chosen based on the audience data from the event and how well they matched the public.
Contents helped increase views by 43% and organic engagement by 22% on the brand’s channels. We get a engagement rate over 6,6% on Elo instagram and 9,2% on TikTok.

During the festival days, I stayed active in X conversations to help the brand use insights in content. One of the main topics people were talking about was the show schedule, best moments and locations so we used this to create and start conversations.
Because of these posts, positive comments on the brand’s channels increased by 53%.
